Attendance and Proxy Guidelines:
We will begin tracking attendance at this meeting. The association can impose delinquency status on a member if they fail to attend three (3) meetings consecutively without a valid reason.
The rule specifying that failure to attend membership meetings for at least three consecutive general membership meetings without any justifiable reason can lead to a member being declared delinquent is found in Article IV, Section 16 (d) of the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9904.
When providing a proxy, please ensure that a valid reason accompanies it.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to make time to attend and participate in these important discussions. Your participation is essential to ensure that your voice is heard as we make decisions that affect our community.
