1. President’s Report
   Update on ongoing initiatives and future plans from our President.

2. Financial Report
   Presentation of our current financial status and discussions on future fiscal strategies.

3. Approval of Amended Bylaws
   Review and approval of the proposed amendments, including new provisions for proposals. The draft copy will be available for download next week.

4. New Water Bill Surcharge Proposal
   Consideration and voting on the proposed new surcharge to our water billing system to improve our collections and income.

5. Community Updates
   Latest developments and projects, new implementations, and updates.

6. Project Proposals and Priorities
   Introduction and discussion of new project proposals and prioritization of upcoming initiatives.

7. Open Forum
   An opportunity for homeowners to express concerns, ask questions, and provide feedback.

Attendance and Proxy Guidelines:

• We will begin tracking attendance at this meeting. The association can impose delinquency status on a member if they fail to attend three (3) meetings consecutively without a valid reason.

• The rule specifying that failure to attend membership meetings for at least three consecutive general membership meetings without any justifiable reason can lead to a member being declared delinquent is found in Article IV, Section 16 (d) of the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9904.

• When providing a proxy, please ensure that a valid reason accompanies it.

We strongly encourage all homeowners to make time to attend and participate in these important discussions. Your participation is essential to ensure that your voice is heard as we make decisions that affect our community.
